A decis\u00e3o foi tomada ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia apresentada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Distrito Federal e Territ\u00f3rios (MPDFT).<\/p><p>O caso aconteceu no dia 21 de abril de 2022, durante uma confraterniza\u00e7\u00e3o em Planaltina, no Distrito Federal. De acordo com a den\u00fancia, Jason Fernandes teria se envolvido em um desentendimento com uma jovem, amiga de sua filha. Em meio \u00e0 discuss\u00e3o, ele teria efetuado um disparo de arma de fogo contra a v\u00edtima, que foi atingida, mas sobreviveu.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a Justi\u00e7a entendeu que h\u00e1 ind\u00edcios suficientes de autoria e materialidade do crime, decidindo pela pron\u00fancia do acusado. Com isso, o militar aposentado ser\u00e1 submetido a julgamento popular, previsto para o dia <strong>1\u00ba de fevereiro de 2027<\/strong>, quando o Conselho de Senten\u00e7a ir\u00e1 analisar o caso.<\/p><p>Jason Fernandes ingressou no Corpo de Bombeiros em 1988 e passou para a reserva em 2018, ap\u00f3s cerca de 30 anos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o na corpora\u00e7\u00e3o. Mesmo aposentado, ele continua recebendo remunera\u00e7\u00e3o como militar reformado do Distrito Federal.<\/p><p>O processo segue sob responsabilidade da Justi\u00e7a do DF. Durante o julgamento, dever\u00e3o ser esclarecidas as circunst\u00e2ncias do ocorrido, bem como as motiva\u00e7\u00f5es que levaram ao disparo.
